Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of AMZ Store Pro (the "Software") from MasterCore Systems, Inc. ("we", "us"), a company registered in Florida, USA. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms and to the End-User License Agreement (EULA).

1. What you are buying

A one-year license to install and run one copy of the Software on a single domain (or three domains for the 3-site license), including software updates and email support during that year. The license and its renewal model are described in the EULA.

2. Delivery

The Software is delivered electronically. After payment you receive a license key and a download link by email, usually within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact support@ceoneuro.com.

3. Price and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Applicable taxes are added where required and handled by our payment processor. You are responsible for third-party costs (hosting, Canopy and Google Gemini API usage) which you pay directly to those providers.

4. Your responsibilities

You provide your own hosting, Amazon Associates account and API keys, and you are responsible for the content your site publishes and for complying with the Amazon Associates Program Operating Agreement, advertising, privacy and other laws that apply to your site.

5. No guarantee of results

The Software is provided without any promise of income, traffic, search ranking, or approval by Amazon, Google or any other platform.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
